United Kingdom (mainland) and Scottish Highlands
Free standard shipping for orders over £100
£4.50 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
Europe, USA & Canada:
£15 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 10 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
Rest of the world:
£20.00 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 10 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
Please note - orders are processed Monday to Friday, we don't process orders over the weekend, or on bank holiday's. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on the way to you.
*Import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.*
Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE - DURING OUR CLOSING DOWN SALE, ALL ORDERS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY. IF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL BE IN TOUCH TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE STYLE.
To return your order for an exchange, or refund, please use the returns form in your parcel and send to the following address.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the order is delivered.
All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging.
Refunds
No refunds during our final sale, all returns are exchange only.
Where is my refund/exchange?
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the package. As soon as the refund is processed, you will receive an email to confirm this. Refunds can often take a few working days to appear in your account, so please be patient with this.
Exchanges should arrive with you within 2-5 working days after processing, however if this isn't the case then please contact orders@saturdaybymeganellaby.com, and we can look into this for you.
