Unfortunately, due to Brexit restrictions, we're currently unable to ship to the EU! We're so sorry about this, and hope to have this resolved ASAP!
Where do you make your garments?
We make our product in Portugal and Turkey, using ethical, responsible factories. They are all independently audited by Sedex covering the treatment of workers, Health & Safety as well as Business ethics. In addition, they carry accreditation for organic textiles (GOTS) Oekotex (tested fabrics), SGI and BSCI. In order to achieve the highest quality in our products, our factories are subject to continuous evaluation of quality and environmental policies.
What is Merino Wool?
Merino wool is a super fine wool and the softest of it’s kind. It is 100% natural and not man-made. Wool is a renewable fibre source and is biodegradable- At the end of its useful life, wool can be returned to the soil, where it decomposes, releasing valuable nutrients into the ground, it takes a very short time to break down, whereas most synthetics are slow to degrade.
Is Wool sustainable?

Wool is a planet-friendly fibre for many reasons:
- Wool products have long lifespans, meaning they are used or worn longer than other textile fibre products
- Wool textile products tend to be washed less frequently at lower temperatures which has a lower impact on the environment, please hand wash your Saturday knitwear.
I want an exchange or refund, what do I do?
To exchange your product for another size or return it please fill out the returns form in your parcel and post your parcel to the following address, please ensure the slip is included.
We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the order is delivered.
All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
If the return is in the same condition it was sent then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
If you have any queries regarding an item, or order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and a member of our team will aim to respond within 48hours (please note - customer service emails are monitored, and responded to, Monday - Friday. Any emails sent over the weekend, or on a bank holiday, will be looked at the next working day). Please ensure all relevant information, such as order numbers, are sent in the initial enquiry email, to avoid any delays. Please refrain from sending customer service enquiries via direct message on social media, as these messages aren't always monitored.
