How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please fill out the returns form which came with your order, pop it inside the original packaging, and post it to the below address:

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to offer free returns, the customer is responsible for all returns costs.

How do I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange your order, please write on your returns slip what you would like to exchange your order for, and follow our returns process.

If you didn't receive a returns slip with your order, please email, and we will send one over.

How long does an email response take?

Our customer service emails are monitored between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and we endeavour to reply to all queries within 48 working hours. Do bear with us on receiving a response, as some queries can take longer to resolve than others.

Please note - our Instagram DM's are NOT monitored, so if you have a query regarding your order, an email is the best way of direct contact.
