Returns & Exchanges
To exchange your product for another size or return it please use the returns form in your parcel and send to the following address.
We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the order is delivered.
All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging.
If the return is in the same condition it was sent then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days after receipt of the garment.
Late or missing refunds
When the refund is processed, you will receive an email to confirm this. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is received. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
