United Kingdom (mainland) and Scottish Highlands

Free standard shipping for orders over £100

£4.50 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.

Europe, USA & Canada:

£15 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 2-7 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.

Rest of the world:

£20.00 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 2-7 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer. 

Please note - orders are processed Monday to Friday, we don't process orders over the weekend, or on bank holiday's. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on the way to you.

*Import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.*

 

Returns & Exchanges

To exchange your product for another size or return it please use the returns form in your parcel and send to the following address.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the order is delivered. 

 All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging.

 Refunds

If the return is in the same condition it was sent then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days after receipt of the garment.

 Late or missing refunds

When the refund is processed, you will receive an email to confirm this. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is received. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@saturdaybymeganellaby.com

 You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
